Conveyancing for selling your property
Prior to placing your residential property on the market for sale in NSW you must have a Contract for the Sale of Land. It is illegal to market a residential property without a Contract for Sale.
Boyd Conveyancing Services order all the enquiries required under the Conveyancing Act and will prepare the Contract for Sale. Boyd Conveyancing Services will also discuss conditions that may be prudent in preparing your contract.
Once all documents required to be attached to the contract have been received we guarantee same day turn around in providing the Contract to the agent or yourself to enable the property to be marketed.
After a sale has been negotiated and the details of the negotiation are provided to Boyd Conveyancing Services we will complete the contract of sale. We will forward the contract to you for your approval and signature and a copy to the Purchaser.
