All residential Sale contracts include the following
All professional work on your contract - complete sale contract including delivery to your agent. Your conveyancer will also contact you to go through the contract with you before it is issued to your real estate agent. This ensures that all parties are correctly informed and communicated with during this process.
All standard disbursements will be included. Disbursements that are not included are Pest and Building reports(we will organise these for you but are at your own expense), land surveys.
